Dan is a quirky guy who really delivers what we need most. Support. We have had a very rough ride with StorageTek and Sun. Dan has single handedly saved the companies relationship with us at least 4 times. When there is a problem he fixes it regardless of whether it's with hardware, software, or administrative issues related to contracts. He always comes through and never gives up. You never have to chase him down. You always feel like you are his number one priority. Mostly because you are. He never runs from a problem and bring the proper forces to bear on what ever is at hand.
Dan achieves a level of satisfaction that is a shining star in todays horrible state of support. With out a doubt, if it were not for Dan, we would have abandoned Sun and StorageTek long ago.
