Toolhead Toothing Pains

Since moving to the new toolhead, I have been having some filament feed issues that have been a bit perplexing. I have suspected there was an issue with the filament latch and had a replacement printed up. Last week, the thing just stopped printing all together, so I pulled the toolhead back out to take a look. The filament latch pivot had split in half, and was no longer tensioning the extruder. Explains a lot.
I replaced it, but found the front plate had failed as well. on the front left bottom, where the faceplate screws down, the new plate for the filametrix had spit along the lower filament sensor switch. There are a ton of screws and inserts, and just not enough material. I have modeled up a beefier version and plan to try and install it soon.
I’m up and printing again for now. I’m still not sure how to report the issue to the team.
