Lazy Susan for very heavy spools

I have been prefering to work with large 5kg sppols that have a slight drawback. I cannot fit them on standard spool mounts, and they are too heavy to just put a stick through.
I have been working on a lazy susan design using a simple needle thrust bearing. It works well, but I think I needs guides for terminating a boden feed tube.
